She uses a number of well-known therapeutic techniques to maximize the relaxation that you are looking for in your body and life. Specific techniques will be recommended depending on your needs, and of course you are welcome to request any and all other techniques that she does.
The techniques of Swedish massage combined with Structural Integration and Advanced Myoficial Techniques (Myofascia is around the muscle tissue-the white stuff on meat) to help the muscles flow easily and painlessly over each other, are used.
Reflexology is the concept that the feet, the hands and the ears reflect the parts of the body in their structures. In massaging any and all of these parts of the body they influence another part and somehow release a possible energy blockage letting the energy flow more easily through the main part of the body and releasing a possible issue/pain.
C.A.M.T. is the acronym of Certified Advanced Myofascial Tecniques. All that means is that if you have issues that are chronic and unable to be easily removed or altered by regular massage to help you be the best you can be. These techniques can release the muscle tissues to let the muscles work with each other instead of producing unwelcome results.
Cranal-Sacral is a technique that treats the skull as a slightly movable set of bones that at times have gotten jammed together. The results of head trauma of different sources sometimes leaves the head and neck aching and tense and will stay that way until the jam is released, no matter how long ago it was. Also if you have had braces on your teeth there is some chance that the skull bones have been jammed. This treatment is a very gentle and yet a powerful treatment. The pressure on the skull is that of the weight of a nickel.
Acupressure is often referred to as “acupuncture without needles.” Using the same theory, stimulation of the energy points to release stuck energy and allow the smooth flow of chi or energy like electricity.
Emotional Freedom Technique uses these meridian or energy channels to unblock and restore the flow of our energy. Emotions that have been giving upset as a continual loop of memory, that has kept you unable to be at ease in your mind and body are released and the mind/emotion is eased and may go on to other functions.
Reiki is a Japanese healing art wherein life energy is channeled to your body with very subtle hand pressure from the therapist, to strengthen and clear your energy system and promote natural healing. She has been using Reiki as a Reiki Master for so long that the energy and the symbols have become a part of her and are used to help all those that she comes in contact with.
The Reconnection is a hands off the body energy treatment. It is a tool that utilizes different energies that until recently were unknown. It takes the body/mind to a different spot than the other energy tools. As a Practitioner the choice is whether you want/need a healing experience or if you are choosing to be Reconnected and be able to do the healing yourself. She employs this energy for those that would like to experience an energy treatment and would prefer not to be touched. The energy seems to take you to a different dimension and is very powerful to those who can feel it (or not).
BioGenesis Energy Tools are made with optical grade glass in Europe and then go through a process of being charged with energy. These tools are used for many different treatments and issues The energy is transforming.
In 1974 she started taking Astrology classes and since then she has been a consistent astrology and life student. In the 30 plus years that she has been doing and learning astrology it has been very helpful to her and to her friends, family and clients. It does not rule her life but it does influence it.
